Booking:

All guests will be required to have a card on file before booking an appointment with The Peach. You will not be charged until the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests the opportunity to book an appointment.

In order to protect our stylists time, any guest that fails to give a 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled. This fee will be charged to the card on file.

We certainly understand that emergencies happen and that will be taken into consideration.

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) as a no-show fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file.

Late Policy:

If you are running late, please contact our front desk staff and let them know. If you arrive fifteen minutes late please know that the stylist may have to rebook your appointment.

Adjustment Policy:

Here at The Peach we want you to love your hair! If there is something you don't love, we are more than happy to take a look to see what we can do to make it right. If you aren't satisfied with your hair you must reach out within 5 business days of your initial appointment. We will be happy to make a small adjustment to ensure you are satisfied. Please understand that this courtesy does not apply if you have changed your mind or are wanting more than originally requested.

Product Return:

We understand it can be hard to find the perfect product. If you aren't satisfied with the product you received, you have 7 business days to bring it in for store credit (only valid on products, not on services) or an exchange.

CHILDREN AT APPOINTMENTS:

Children at appointments: While we love having every age group part of our salon we want to be mindful of other clients during their appointment times. We ask that you do not bring your children with you to an appointment unless they have a scheduled appointment. This allows us to maintain a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere for our guests. Thank you!
